		<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually, the practice of sending someone else&#039;s work is not limited to CDs. I have read in more than one swap message list that the item(s) received were duplicates of items sent by another partner. It is obvious the duplicitous partner is just &quot;re-gifting&quot; stuff they don&#039;t want. I usually don&#039;t mind re-gifting, but when it results in the exact same envelope full of stuff, it is pretty disappointing.&lt;/p&gt;
