On Sunday, March 1st, Swap-bot is hosting a member appreciation event in Eugene, Oregon. All local members are invited to attend, and thanks to some marvelous sponsors each attendee will have a chance to win door prizes.

Following are the sponsored door prizes that will be given away at the event:

Diane from CraftyPod sponsored the following craft books as prizes:

Etsy store, Untamed Menegerie, sponsored three fabulous prizes:

Erik Maldre, a fine artist who sells his work on his Art is 3 Letters Etsy store, has sent an original Oregon on a Stick painting to give away to one very lucky attendee as a prize.

Kristen from BeadNeeds.etsy.com has sent a “sampler” of her best-selling items. The sampler is a $22 value and includes enough beads & findings to complete 6 pairs of earrings, 6 necklaces, and the findings for 4 boby pins and 4 rings to match! Wow!

Local Eugene, Oregon, business Glory Bee Foods and Crafts has sponsored two generous prizes: a $25 gift certificate to their retail store (where you can buy honey, candy, candle making supplies, soap making supplies, essential oils, fragrance oils, molds, candy making supplies, and beekeeping supplies) and a large candle-making kit, which includes an instructional book, candle wax, and molds.

———-

The Oregon Coast Art Traders group is donating a wooden box that can be used to hold ATCs, some ATC backs, background papers, embellishements, a pack of greeting cards, and a few surprises as door prizes.

———–

Swap-bot users, certifiedscrapaholic and coffeelatte, have each provided an assortment of craft supplies to be given away at the event.

———-

And last, but not least, Swap-bot will be giving away three Swap-bot t-shirts! You know you want on of those!

Please take a minute to visit our sponsors on the web and thank them for being a part of the Swap-bot Member Event.

Wow–great prizes! I wish I could have contributed more, but I just wasn’t set up for it yet. BUT, I do hope to carry the torch and keep the creative flame burning with continued activities for folks in the Eugene/Springfield area. I guess you could say I’m going to provide the “after care.” LOL

I wish I’d seen this sooner. I’ve been sick, but have been wanting to visit my parents in Troutdale. I would LOVE to come to this event and then head up to my parent’s home. Maybe next year. :o )
